The 11111NAT – Advanced Diploma of Neuroscience of Leadership is designed for any person in a leadership or management role or wishing to move into such a role. The course is suitable for people in any industry who are required to lead or influence workplace behaviour, drive engagement and collaboration, and facilitate critical thinking and change agility and sustainability. The outcomes support the acquisition and application of skills and knowledge in the neuroscience of leadership.

This course requires students to be capable of the self-directed application of knowledge and of independent judgement and decision-making.
The training is delivered completely online. Students require the use of a computer and software with the following minimum specifications:
The course starts with the Intro Module, which spans 1-3 weeks designed to ensure a smooth onboarding for students as they embark on their learning journey.
Each of the four (4) study terms is 15 weeks, with 2-week breaks in between plus a December-January holiday break of up to 4-5 weeks.
The minimum time commitment to complete five course activities called ‘Big Idea Non-negotiables’ is four (4) hours every two weeks for Weeks 1 to 13:
Students have Weeks 14 to 15, plus the two-week break every term to complete the short answer questions and workplace application stories evidencing their knowledge and application.
